Surveyor

  • Conduct field visits to designated locations.
  • Capture clear and properly geotagged photographs of property units using mobile/tablet devices.
  • Accurately record basic information related to the property units as per survey guidelines.
  • Ensure quality and consistency of collected data in accordance with SOPs.
  • Coordinate with Survey Manager/supervisor and report daily progress.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of collected data.
  • Follow safety and ethical protocols during fieldwork.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Survey Manager or Task Team Lead.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 12 years of education in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:

  • 0–1-year experience.

GIS and image Analysis Expert

  • Ensure complete survey coverage through GIS-based monitoring and remote sensing analysis.
  • Verify census coverage using satellite imagery and spatial datasets.
  • Identify and map surveyed, missing, and partially covered clusters.
  • Correlate built-up area data with survey attributes for validation.
  • Supervise and guide GIS/Research Associates for district-level monitoring.
  • Prepare district-wise enumeration maps and spatial dashboards.
  • Compile geospatial documentation including shapefiles, KML files, and completion certificates.
  • Conduct sample-based field verification visits.
  • Prepare and submit district-wise consolidated coverage and completion reports.
  • Integrate RS and GIS datasets to support spatial planning, environmental, and research projects.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the Senior GIS Specialist.

Qualification:

  • 16 years of qualification or higher in Geomatics / GIS / Geography / Space Science or related discipline from HEC recognized institution.

Experience:

  • 05 to 07 Years of relevant experience in GIS/RS and Geo-spatial data management

HR Officer

  • Downloading CVs of applicants from job portal after closure of job advertisement
  • Prepare interview approval notes of the shortlisted candidates.
  • Prepare Working Papers (Individual Evaluation Sheet, Agenda Items, Resumes, and Attendance Sheet etc.) and organize interviews.
  • Ensuring Interview venue availability
  • Calling all candidates for interview intimation
  • Get the Minutes of Meeting & Evaluation Sheet signed by the HR Sub Committee members and send it for final approval from the CEO and assisting AM R&S in all other hiring related matters/documentation.
  • Prepare a Master File of the interviews including all documents related to position approval, advertisement, interview & hiring.
  • Assisting in handling & managing PM Citizen Portal’s complaints.
  • Maintaining the database of all recruitment related files i.e. Hiring Minutes, Approval Notes etc.
  • Taking joining of new inductees (payroll staff, interns etc.) on employee data form and joining report and getting joining report signed by the respective task lead
  • Ensuring that new joiners provide complete documents i.e. educational documents, experience certificates, CNIC, picture, CV, Salary Slip any other required document
  • Orientation of new joiners
  • Preparing Contract letters of New joiners (only payroll staff)
  • In case of Payroll staff, collecting and filing documents of new joiners i.e educational documents, experience certificates, CNIC, picture, CV, Salary Slip, Joining report, Employee data form, hiring minutes, Consolidated Evaluation Sheet, job offer, job acceptance, requisition form, job advertisement, PBEC, Job description etc. and forwarding the file to AM Payroll of Employee ID generation
  • Ensuring that the hard and soft record of all abovementioned activities are developed, maintained and updated timely and accurately. Maintenance of IRIS based scanned databases shall also be ensured.
  • All tasks shall be performed in close coordination with the task lead.
  • Assisting to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing of regular staff, field staff, Interns & daily wagers.
  • Assisting in Payroll reconciliation and Consolidation.
  • Assisting in the preparation of field staff salaries; ensuring the calculation is correct and they are processed on time.
  • Maintaining and reconciling field staff databases both in hard and soft form.
  • Ensuring bank account details of field staff employees is accurate and updated in the record.
  • Assisting in dealing with field staff employee grievances related to salaries.
  • Assisting in the processing of monthly EOBI.
  • Currently pursuing a target to create a master data list of field staff to eliminate ambiguities in headcounts; ensuring any “ghost employees” are identified and dealt with promptly and effectively.
  • Ensuring that the hard and soft records of all the abovementioned activities are developed, maintained, and updated timely and accurately.
  • All tasks shall be performed in close coordination with the task lead.
  • Perform any other task assigned by Head HCM.
