DIVISIONAL MANAGER

  • Lead divisional-level implementation of MHVRA field operations across assigned districts.
  • Prepare and implement divisional work plans, field deployment schedules, and progress monitoring arrangements.
  • Coordinate with Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, Assistant Commissioners, Revenue Department, PDMA, police/security authorities, and other relevant stakeholders for field facilitation.
  • Supervise District Managers and field formations to ensure achievement of daily and weekly targets.
  • Monitor GIS-based survey coverage, field movement, parcel/property progress, and dashboard-based reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with approved SOPs, field protocols, data quality standards, ethical requirements, and project timelines.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, access constraints, sensitive locations, security issues, and coordination gaps, and escalate matters requiring senior management intervention.
  • Conduct field visits for supervision, verification, and performance review of district teams.
  • Consolidate divisional progress reports, issue logs, and corrective actions for submission to project management.
  • Any other task assigned by the Task Lead / Project Manager.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of qualification in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Candidates having GIS qualification, Geography, Geomatics, Remote Sensing, Space Science, Urban Planning, Disaster Management, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, or a relevant GIS certification, or GIS-related specialization shall be preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in field management, project operations, GIS-based survey implementation, disaster/risk assessment, large-scale data collection, and/or administrative coordination roles. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in GIS-based parcel/property surveys or public sector field assignments.

DISTRICT MANAGER

  • Manage and supervise all MHVRA field activities within the assigned district.
  • Prepare daily field movement plans, team deployment schedules, and district-level progress targets.
  • Coordinate with the Deputy Commissioner Office, Assistant Commissioners, Tehsil administration, Revenue field staff, police/security officials, and other local stakeholders.
  • Ensure that survey teams are properly deployed in assigned mauzas, settlements, urban areas, and other project locations.
  • Monitor daily progress through field reports, GIS/app-based dashboards, and supervisor feedback.
  • Ensure field teams follow approved SOPs, GPS/location protocols, photograph/document capture standards, and respondent interaction guidelines.
  • Resolve field-level issues including access problems, refusal cases, wrong parcel identification, locked properties, and coordination gaps.
  • Conduct random field checks and verify the quality, completeness, and accuracy of collected data.
  • Submit daily progress reports, staff deployment status, field constraints, and pending issues to the Divisional Manager.

Qualification:

Experience:

  • Minimum 03 or above years of relevant experience in field operations, survey management, GIS-based surveys, monitoring and evaluation, disaster/risk assessment, data collection supervision, or district-level coordination. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in GIS-enabled field surveys or public sector assignments.

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE QC GIS

  • Review and verify GIS-linked survey data received from field teams.
  • Conduct quality checks of parcel/property records, coordinates, photographs, documents, and survey variables.
  • Identify duplicate entries, spatial mismatches, missing information, incorrect tagging, incomplete forms, and logical inconsistencies.
  • Support spatial validation of surveyed locations through GIS layers, maps, dashboards, and available project datasets.
  • Coordinate with Divisional Managers, District Managers, field supervisors, GIS teams, and technical staff for correction of data errors.
  • Maintain QC logs, issue trackers, correction records, and data validation sheets.
  • Support dashboard-based monitoring of field progress, spatial coverage, and data quality trends.
  • Prepare daily and periodic QC progress reports for project management review.
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and proper handling of project data.

Preference shall be given to candidates having practical experience in GIS-based field surveys and spatial data quality assurance.
