Specialist Economic

  • Identification and development of framework for analyzing existing policies and reformsrelated to Agriculture / economics development sector.
  • Preparation of reports and presentations for Agriculture sector under Punjab Spatial Strategy
  • Coordination and engage with other Government departments to gather information asrequired
  • Coordination with teams internally to achieve the objectives of the PSS
  • Conducting events, stakeholder consultations and workshops
  • Any other task assigned by the Task Lead / Supervisor / Competent Authority.
  • Supervise in collecting data and conduct analysis, both quantitative and qualitative, related toAgriculture and economy
  • Supervise in reviewing literature and global best practices to prepare policy papers andreports related to Agriculture sector.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 Years of qualification in Economics or Agriculture/Development Economics
    from HEC Recognized Institute.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of Relevant post qualification Experience.

Senior Specialist Economics

  • Provide strategic leadership for economic development team to set the direction for policy,economic analysis, and reform agendas across Agriculture, Industries, Health and Education.
  • Shape and drive integrated, cross-sector reform strategies, ensuring alignment with provincialeconomic priorities, fiscal frameworks, and long-term development objectives.
  • Oversee the development of sector strategies, analytical outputs, and policyrecommendations, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with international advisorystandards.
  • Guide economic and data-driven analysis across sectors, translating complex insights intoactionable policy frameworks and investment priorities.
  • Drive cross-sector integration and coherence, ensuring linkages between economic growth,human capital development and trade competitiveness.
  • Steer stakeholder engagement, including government entities, private sector leadership, anddevelopment partners.
  • Provide methodological inputs on various data collection activities including sample surveys,census, land use mapping and etc.
  • Conduct in-depth data analytics and assessments on primary and secondary data andsupervise data analysis team.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 18 years of education in Economics, Econometrics, Development Studies or equivalent
    relevant degree from a reputed and HEC recognized institutions.

Experience:

  • At least 15 years’ professional relevant post qualification experience in a public or private sector
    organization with minimum five (05) years managerial experience.

Research Analyst GIS

  • Coordinate and support field survey activities in accordance with approvedmethodologies and project requirements.
  • Ensure timely uploading and submission of parcel and survey data throughdesignated applications and systems.
  • Verify the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of survey data collected by fieldteams.
  • Conduct field visits for data validation, quality assurance, and resolution ofdiscrepancies identified during the survey process.
  • Liaise with field enumerators, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders to facilitatesmooth survey operations.
  • Maintain records of survey progress and prepare periodic status reports.
  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and tracking daily survey targets and achievements.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of survey maps, parcel layers,and other spatial datasets.
  • Support training and guidance of field staff regarding survey procedures, datacollection protocols, and application usage.
  • Follow up on pending survey cases and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Assist in the compilation, review, and management of survey-related documentationand records.
  • Perform any other survey and GIS-related duties assigned by the Team Lead.

Qualification:

  • 16 years of qualification in Geographical Information System (GIS) / Space
    Science / Geography / Geo-informatics or related discipline from HEC recognized
    institution.

Experience:

  • 02 years of Relevant Experience.

Project Officer Software Development

  • Develop, test, and maintain in-house software applications and tools
  • Customize existing systems based on business requirements
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Assist in database design, queries, and optimization (SQL-basedsystems)
  • Support integration between different systems and applications(APIs/services)
  • Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Develop scripts or small utilities to automate routine IT tasks
  • Improve system workflows and operational efficiency
  • Assist in deployment and version control of applications
  • Prepare technical documentation for systems, applications, andprocedures
  • Maintain user manuals and troubleshooting guides
  • Report system performance, issues, and resolutions to management
  • Work closely with IT teams, developers, and end users
  • Provide training and guidance to users when required
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system securitysettings
