Board Of Directors

The Urban Unit Board of Directors looks internally for accountability and externally for strategy. The Board supports in establishing vision, mission and setting the company strategic values, laying out strategy and structure, and exercising accountability by being responsible to the relevant stakeholders.

Our BoDs are a unique balance of differing backgrounds, skills and experience as they bring deeper, richer and the most appropriate expertise to many of the challenges that we face. It provides leadership in development and execution of the company’s strategic plan – making sure oversight of strategy including approving and capitalising the plan, followed by monitoring its progress and results and adjusting as appropriate.
