Code of Conduct
The Urban Unit has a clearly-articulated and well-written code of conduct for employees regarding their behaviour at work. It clarifies Urban Unit’s mission, values and principles, linking them with standards of professional conduct and guide employees in their day-to-day decision making. Our codes of conduct are benchmarks against which an individual is measured ensuring that employee will perform his/her duties conscientiously, honestly, and in accordance with the best interests of the Company.
The Urban Unit is committed to provide a workplace free of harassment based on personal characteristics or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance. We strongly disapprove any act of harassment of employees by co‐ workers and ensure to treat co‐workers, clients and customers with dignity and respect.
