Program Manager - Sr. Quantity Surveyor

  • Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost
  • estimates for remodeling & beautification works.
  • Conduct rate analysis as per MRS and market rates.
  • Verify consultant and contractor interim payment certificatesand invoices.
  • Support in procurement by preparing cost-relateddocumentation and evaluation of bids.
  • Maintain updated records of quantities, material take-offs, andcost variations.
  • Perform cost control, and financial monitoring of projectactivities.
  • Provide technical input in value engineering and costoptimization for design alternatives.
  • Assist in preparation of contract documents and tenderingprocesses.
  • Conduct site measurements and verification of completed works.
  • Prepare periodic cost reports, and financial progresssummaries.
  • Frequent coordination with Engineers, Architects, andDesigners for quantity adjustments.

Program Manager - Civil Engineer

  • Planning and monitoring for civil works at site and plants.
  • Planning for testing lab civil works, renovation and revampingworks etc.
  • Working and evaluation of MRS (FD) GoPb.
  • Plan and monitoring for advance infrastructure projects.
  • Attend meetings with client, consultant and contractors.
  • Work with infrastructure specialist for maximizing output.
  • Monitor for infrastructure project activities.
  • Managing drawings & document control.
  • Review of civil works, drawings and layouts.
  • Review of invoices, BOQ/cost estimates, and rate analysis.
  • Preparation and study of reports pertaining to infrastructureactivities.
  • Support in procurement of constructional materials i.e.receiving, issuance & returning of items.
  • Frequent site visits to ensure QA/QC, progress monitoring,verify Consultant & Contractor invoices/bills and holdingmeetings.
  • Project planning in Primavera / MS Project software.
  • Managing occupational health & safety at Sites.
  • Assuring discipline, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
  • Help in conducting training for site staff.
  • Proactive role at office and site on technical matters.
  • Performing activities as per the guidance of InfrastructureSpecialist.
  • Reporting to Specialist Infrastructure and Sector HeadInfrastructure.

Sap & payrol Manager

  • Design and develop reports using PLD and Crystal Reports.• Configure and support SAP Business One ERP system.• Provide timely user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve ERP-related problems.• Collaborate with functional departments (HR, Finance, Procurement) to analyzeproblems and implement effective solutions.• Administer user security policies, roles, and access rights in SAP.• Streamline alerting and monitoring mechanisms, conduct root cause analyses, anddocument incidents.• Coordinate with software vendors and implementation partners for issue resolution andupgrades.Maintain IT asset documentation, software licenses, and ensure compliance.• Oversee daily operations of the SAP B1 ERP system, including maintenance and systemchecks.• Ensure all SAP integrations align with functional, compliance, and interfacerequirements.• Manage SAP module implementations according to organizational needs.• Monitor system performance, manage installations, apply patches and updates.• Provide end-user training, develop user manuals, and offer ongoing support.

Qualification:

  • Certification in SAP Business One Certification (Technical or Functional) along with the
    HR Component is preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One administration
    and support, proven experience with HRMS Add-on & payroll management in SAP B1

Assistant Internal Audit

  • Assist manager internal audit in managing and controllingthe full audit cycle including risk management and controlmanagement over operations' effectiveness, financialreliability and compliance with all applicable directives andregulations.
  • Assist to conduct pre-audit of material payments and ifrequired, communicate the audit observations/findings tothe management and subsequently follow up themanagement response for further necessary action(s), ifrequired.
  • Assist in conducting periodic internal audit of the high valueforeign and local funded projects as well as high valueDivision's audit.
  • Assist to conduct follow up audits to monitor management'sinterventions
  • Assist in guiding to the team members towards dailytasks/assignments.
  • Assist in advisory role for internal control review asrequested by the management or the board.
  • Any other major task assigned by the Manager InternalAudit.
  • Assist in conducting meetings on daily basis with differentdepartments on different anomalies.
  • Assist in conducting pre-audit of material payments and ifrequired, communicate the audit observations/findings tothe management and subsequently follow up themanagement response for further necessary action(s), ifrequired.
